The beaded geometric star shapes on these dangle earrings are woven out of gold-plated glass bugle beads and bluish-purple glass teardrop beads. These six-pointed stars have 24 faces, and a cube at their center. They look like different shapes from different angles. They dangle from the gold-plated fishhook earwires by gold-tone chain. Clear rubber earnuts help keep them from getting lost.
These earrings are affordable but they look dressy and would be great for parties and other festive events. Like all of my beadwork and polymer clay work, this is my original design.
Approximate dimensions: 3" (7.5 cm) from the top of the earwire to the bottom tip of the dangle. 2 1/4" (6 cm) from the bottom of the earwire to the bottom tip of the dangle. 1" (2.5 cm) across the dangle.
Care notes: The beads are woven together with nylon thread, and the bugle beads are gold-plated, so don't subject these to intense heat, flame, or abrasion (though that's a good general rule for all jewelry).
