Unusual crackle glass decanter with what appears to be intricate sterling silver overlay around the neck, bodice and base, which is outlined with a rope like trip. The stopper is faceted glass/crystal. This unique decanter is in very good vintage condition but has a sandwiched crack at the neck (not noticeable when touched) shown in photo #4. I filled with liquid without any issues. That is the only flaw found on this piece and it does not take away from its beauty or functionality.
This piece should be cared for my hand. I have not polished the silver (will at buyer's request) and it retains its' natural patina.
Manufacturer: Unknown (not marked as sterling, however, it has all of the characterists).
Dimensions: Height: 12"; Circumfrance at widest point: 18"
