Just perfect for cool weather is this silk and merino lace scarf. The orchid yarn is silky and light weight and the color and pattern say “Spring is here”. But Spring can be a tease, and if the day turns windy or cold, it is long enough for you to wrap it twice around your neck .
This is knit with a truly luxurious (and expensive), single ply, hand dyed yarn of 45% silk, 55% Merino wool. The enticing color is enlivened by the lovely, rich and subtle sheen of the silk which also gives it drape, while the soft merino gives it just a hint of a halo.
