A Haviland Limoges porcelain sugar bowl made for John Wanamaker stores, with a heraldic style lion in a circular cartouche, surrounded by blue and rose pink leaf elements. The exterior is decoated with blue, pink and gold flower sprays and gold trim on the handles.
The bowl is 2-3/8" tall and 3-1/2" wide (excluding the handles). There is wear to the gold on the handles but otherwise, it is in excellent shape with no chips, cracks or crazing. Marked 'GOA France' in green, and 'John Wanamaker' with the circular CH Field Haviland Limoges mark in red.
