I will gladly make a full refund (minus the shipping costs) if your item contains defects in it (eg. stone or chain is broken) upon arrival. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt and send item back within 7 days. The item must still be new and unused to qualify.
I am unable to make refunds due to a sizing issue or a change of mind as each piece is specially custom made upon receiving an order so PLEASE read all item descriptions.
I try my best to include information to best describe the items in my shop but if you have other questions, please feel free to convo me. Measurements are stated so do make sure you are fine with the sizing of the piece before ordering.
⚡️Please note that as I use lot of natural raw or organic stones, they will vary in size,texture and color and should not be considered as defects.
⚡️If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address/information or it is unclaimed, a refund can be made minus the shipping costs. There will also be a 15% re-stocking fee since each item is specially custom made according to customer's specifications.
