This is a sweet little hat made with my own hand dyed, farm grown alpaca and sheep's wool yarn.
In case your monitor doesn't quite match mine this is a true green, I used Emerald Green to dye the yarn.
I modified a pattern that designer Katherine Vaughan wrote. She gave me permission to sell this hat even though it is her design. Katherine's patterns can be found here - http://www.ktlvdesigns.com/
This is a medium sized hat. It comes just above the bottoms of my ears. I have an average 22 inch head. Without stretching, it's 20 inches/51 centimeters around and 7 inches/18 centimeters tall.
This should wash up easily for you. Soak in hot water and a little soap or shampoo. Don't agitate, gently squeeze out water and rinse by soaking in water about the temperature of the hat. To avoid felting, don't agitate and don't have sudden water temperature changes. Lay flat to dry.
