An art deco looking Paden City Glass stemware # 991 named Penny Line. This vintage stem has two wafers on it's stem and is called their high footed sherbet, although they could be used for champagnes as well. These crystal dinnerware items react nicely to the black light with the expected yellow green and are circa 1930s. These beauties would be lovely for the bridal toast or for serving dessert. Price is for a set of 4. Great for your vintage gift giving.
There is a well done cutting that I was unable to identify and could have been decorated by another cutting house. Many times glass decorating houses bought the blanks, such as Penny Line, applied their own decoration and resold it. I know this to be true, as I have several pieces of this same Penny Line glassware with a different cutting, and it's stamped with the Hawkes mark.
These cut glass collectible beauies stand about 4 1/2 " high and are in great vintage condition. I am selling these elegant depression era glassware as a set of 4.
