I want you to be happy with your artwork and strive to describe and illustrate my artwork as best I can. Keep in mind that all monitors display colors a little differently. I do edit my pictures the best I can to show true colors on"my" monitor. 

I will refund your money for damaged in transit items. Important: To receive a full refund​Take photos of the package and item and send them to me within 1-2 days of receiving the damaged item. 

Refunds for any other reason are determined on a case by case bases. Buyer is responsible for the postage in all circumstances other than the one above. 

All items must be returned in original condition. This means like new, no marks, soil or alterations. If an easel was included in your order that must be returned also. Buyer is expected to package the return item with care so that the item is received undamaged. If damage is done in shipping due to improper packaging a refund will not be issued.
