Vintage Imperial Candlewick crystal covered candy box or jelly with 2 ball lid # 400/59. Candlewick, with it's distinctive knobs, was a bride's crystal dinnerware choice for decades and most homes have a piece or two of it around. It was a popular choice when it was introduced during the depression in 1936, retained it's popularity mid century and even beyond. This collectible old glassware makes a wonderful gift for the new bride, or as a hostess gift.
This covered candy dish with it's ground bottom is 6 1/2" across and a little over 4" high with lid in place. It is in wonderful vintage condition with no chips, cracks or scratches, looking like it was used for display only.
