This blue and white shibori silk scarf was dyed by me with natural indigo.
It was hand dyed in an folded, clamped and dyed shibori pattern.
This created a soft, allover geometric design of light and medium indigo blue "stars" and "moons" on a white background.
As with many hand dyed textiles, this scarf has some speckles and small areas of imprecise pattern and color.
This naturally dyed scarf measures approximately 15" x 58".
The fabric is soft lightweight habotai silk. I've done my best to show the true natural shades of this scarf, Please remember that each computer monitor displays color in its' own way.
This indigo dyed scarf should be gently hand washed with mild soap or shampoo in cool water and line dried to preserve the delicate texture and color.
It may be ironed carefully with medium heat.
