
Payment Policy.
I can accept payment via PayPal. Payment must be verified as received before items can be shipped. If payment is not received and verified within 7 days from the initial purchase, the transaction will be cancelled and the buyer will be informed concerning the cancellation. Any applicable taxes will be added to the invoice provided to buyer at the initiation of the sales transaction. Sales transactions can be cancelled by the buyer at any point before items are shipped.
Shipping Policy.
At present items will be shipped via priority mail from the US Postal Service. I will spring for the insurance. Shipping will be initiated 1 to 3 business days after purchase.
If you live outside of the USA, please convo me before initiating the purchase so I can verify the exact shipping charge for your purchase. Because packaging and weight for my items can vary according to a particular item, as well as any changes a country may make to its shipping charges, the shipping charge you end up paying may not be exactly what is shown in the applicable term for your country. If the exact shipping charge is different than the one listed in the shipping term, I will create a new shipping term specific to your country. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or fees which may be imposed upon delivery by the destination country. Please do not ask me to mark your purchase as a"gift" -- doing so is a federal crime in the U.S., and there could be repercussions in your country as well.
Refund Policy.
If you have any questions, concerns or issues, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my very best to make sure you are happy with your purchase and with my shop.
Refunds will be offered for items either damaged in shipping or in case you decide within 3 days of delivery that you can indeed continue to live well without it. Refunds will be initiated once I receive the item back from you.
If an item is damaged in shipping, the damage is repairable, and you still want it, you pay for the shipping costs to get the item back to me and I will affect the needed repairs and pay for the shippings costs to get the item back to you.
If shipping damage is beyond repair or, within 3 days after delivery, you decide the item was really not what you wanted, I will handle the shipping costs to get the item back to me.
