PayPal:
If you would like to pay with a credit or debit card, choose the PayPal option in checkout. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure. You do not need your own PayPal account to use the service.
Custom Orders:
Please be aware that payment is required for custom orders at time of order. Your item will be created in a timely manner (you will be given an expected order processing timeline when you inquire) and will be shipped as soon as it is completed, with a notice of shipping sent to you by email.
Cancellation Policy:
Your order can be cancelled in the 24 hours after it is placed. After that time frame has passed, it is likely that your order will have already been shipped and you would then follow the return policy.
Cancellation of custom orders will be determined on an individual basis. If you have requested a customized item that I might be able to offer for sale in my shop, then I will allow cancellation of the order prior to shipping.
Personalized items however cannot be cancelled if personalization has already been completed.
Shipping:
I ship to the address provided on your order. Please check and make sure that your address is correct so that your package will not be shipped to the incorrect address.
All items (excluding custom orders) will be shipped within three business days of purchase. Turnaround time for Custom Orders is two weeks minimum unless I advise otherwise.
Please be aware that I ship most of my orders either Light Packet or Small Packet via Canada Post. These packages DO NOT include a tracking number. I do this to keep shipping cost to minimum cost.
Any custom/taxes/duties/VAT fees upon receipt of purchases to destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Unless you are buying the item and shipping it to another address other than your own, as a gift, no item will be shipped marked as gift, or undervalued on the customs form.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride and care in my work and I strive to make my item descriptions very accurate so that you know exactly what you are purchasing. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me by email or through the Etsy Convo system, send the piece back in good/unused condition within 7 days, and I will refund your purchase price once the item is returned to me or upon proof of return shipment. However, the price you pay for return shipping will not be refunded. Personalized items however are non-refundable.
Packages to the US will not be considered lost or refundable until after 3 weeks from date of shipping. International packages can sometimes take 6 - 8 weeks and will not be considered lost or refundable until after that time has passed. Please allow ample time for your package to reach you before considering it lost.
