1 dozen, quart jar of spiced pickled eggs. Every spring break I have the honor of having my nephews up to my farm for a few day. I can tell you it's different with boys around the house! Every year they ( by the way, they call me Auntie Mammie) ask if I still have a jar or two of pickled eggs around. Well of course I do and with teenaged boys around they don't last long. I make my spiced pickled eggs using my Great Uncle Elton's recipe. Nothing too fancy but always good. Keeping things as simple as can be as he did. I use farm fresh, local eggs for each batch. I hope you enjoy them as well. They are water bathed cannned with a a shelf life of 1 year. Please recycle jar and lid when you are finished. Enjoy!
