The Canterbury pattern was introduced by Duncan & Miller in 1937 and they continued production into the mid 1950s. This heavy pressed glass condiment set has two cruets with their original stoppers, presumably one for oil and the other vinegar and also the salt and pepper shakers along with the cloverleaf serving tray. This makes for an elegant table setting, whether for a casual afternoon lunch or a more formal dinner party.
The cruets are about 5 3/4" high and these are their original striking finials. The shakers are 3 3/4" high with tops in place and the 4 part serving tray is 8" long. All 7 glassware pieces are in great vintage condition while the silver color finish to the metal shaker lids has tarnished and flaked. The lids are still usable, but you may want to replace them.
