Welcome to Old Town Press! We are a small independent print shop located on Staten Island in New York City. We produce many kinds of hand printed goods - from screen printed t-shirts and tote bags, to letterpress printed greeting cards and wedding invitations.

SHIPPING POLICY:

• Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days from the completion of order. 
• You will receive a tracking number for your shipment.
• First Class Mail takes about 3-5 business days (USPS does not guarantee delivery within the given time frame).
• If your package doesn't arrive by the expected delivery date please contact USPS.
• When USPS.com tracking stats shows"DELIVERED", we accept this as a PROOF of DELIVERY.
• Please note that we are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items. If you would like to purchase insurance/signature confirmation, please let us know and we will send you a new invoice.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

• Refunds and Exchanges are accepted; please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for specific return instructions.
• Item firstly must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Customer must pay the shipping back to us.
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received– unwashed, unworn (no cigarette or perfume smell, pet hair, etc.). Please, check the item before returning.
• Exchanges and returns are not accepted for any custom made items.
• If we did make a mistake (wrong color, size, print), please contact us immediately.
