•  I ship ONCE a week only, usually between Tuesday and Thursday, with cut-off for orders on Mondays by 9:00 am EST. 
• Shipping cost is based on coast to coast shipping in the US for the selected item. I do offer combined shipping so if you'd like a precise shipping cost, please contact me with your zip code prior to purchase. 
• I will ship internationally to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Japan and many EU countries. Please contact me prior to purchase for an accurate shipping cost. ***Additionally, custom charges, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local agencies to determine what these costs will be prior to purchasing. Purchase price is declared on international (non US/Canada) customs shipping forms.
• Unclaimed, Non-Deliverable and Return to Sender items that are returned to my address will incur a US $5.00 fee per package which will be deducted from refund. Refund for purchase price only, excluding original shipping.

• Should damage occur during transit, retain all shipping packaging, photograph the damage, and contact me.
• Refunds issued for eligible items returned in undamaged/unused original listing condition. Customer is responsible for notifying me within 14 days of receipt to initiate the refund process. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund for purchase price only, excluding original shipping cost.
• Undergarments including corsets/corselets and girdles are not eligible items for return.
