
Hi there. This shop specializes in alt/dark jewelry and accessories. What's that mean? Expect lots of black, dark colors, silver and gunmetal finishes. Interesting pieces with a little less brightness. Alternative jewelry.
This is a one person operation. I make all the jewelry, do all the sourcing, listing, shipping, photography - you name it. I try to make things I love, to keep my shop stocked with things a little different, and to share my style.
Please ask about custom orders. I can customize the designs already available in my shop or work with you to create something unique. I'm happy to accept variations on existing listings for color or length, or to try and re-create a sold out item you've fallen for. Use the"Contact Seller" to get started.
Some custom orders may require payment up front, while others will require a percentage of the estimated total as a deposit to be paid up front (usually for materials) with the remainder due upon completion of work and prior to shipping. Deposits are not refundable.
I ship via USPS. Default shipping is via first class mail (or first class international). This includes tracking aka delivery confirmation within the United States and other countries where available. I offer an upgrade to Priority shipping for customers in the US.
In the case of an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
I ship out as soon as I am able to, generally 1-2 days after you have paid, not including weekends and holidays. First Class delivery estimates 2-5 days after mailing in the US, generally pretty quick. Priority upgrades shorten the estimate to 1-3 days. International delivery will obviously take longer due to distance, possibility of customs, etc.
I ship in small manilla bubble mailers,just the right size for jewelry items.
International buyers (outside the United States): I am happy to ship to you, as long as your country's customs will allow jewelry in - some do not! I ship USPS first class international - if you require faster service send a message before purchasing. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about customs clearance - customs laws make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees. Sometimes the USPS tracking on international packages doesn't update much while in-transit, but it is one certain way to know that I have sent your things out.

In case of damage on arrival please hang on to all the packaging! Please see https://goshippo.com/terms-service/insurance/ for more details. I may be able to repair an item (not necessarily always!) but will be happy to consult - please send me a message with any concerns. Pictures are helpful for determining if a problem is fixable. Because many of my items are one of a kind, I will not be able to offer a replacement. Please get in touch ASAP after delivery in case of a damaged item.
If your package does not arrive, again, please get in contact so that I can take care of it and begin contacting the insurer. The insurer gives these time frames for lost packages: 20 days for domestic, 40 days international. Claims for damage can be filed immediately, no need to wait to contact me for those. The insurer will ask for buyers to fill out a form confirming loss or damage, but I will do most of the contact with them.
If your item isn't quite what you expected upon arrival, please get in contact and I'll see what I can do to make it right. If a return is necessary, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges - I will refund the original purchase price, not including shipping.
All jewelry is shipped with a black drawstring jewelry bag- sheer organza in front, so you can see what's inside, and a solid velvety back.
