You will be ready for the coldest weather with this soft, chunky, merino wool cowl, hand knit with over 10.5 ounces of yarn!
The wool is spun into a single ply, then kettle dyed to produce all the wonderful shading in the color. It is a lovely burnt orange, not gaudy, but it definitely wants to be the center of attention. It would be lovely with a dark brown coat.
The cowl is knit in an open latticework pattern creating many little spaces which hold in the warmth. It is also extra warm because it is pure merino wool, always warmer than synthetics. Because wool is a natural, renewable resource, that makes it eco-friendly.
You can wear this cowl in a many ways - looped once around your neck as a scarf, twice around as a cowl, or twice around with the back pulled up as a hood. You can even pull it up in front to cover your nose! Let winter come because you'll be ready!
If this isn't perfect, there are lots of other warm, winter accessories for everyone in my gallery.
If you wish this sent to Canada, let me know and I will find out the postage for first class mail as I could not find it on the internet.
