
I ship ONLY via the postal service. Small items ship via first class mail. If quantity or size warrants, I may ship via priority mail. All items are insured for full value, and any loss or damage in transit is covered. However it is buyer's responsibility to provide a safe place to receive mail. Insurance will not cover items that have been delivered and subsequently stolen or lost. Buyers are urged to contact me if there is a delivery problem; I will help if I can!
All items in my shop are ready to ship, and will be dispatched within 3 business days. As I have no control over the postal service or the weather, I cannot guarantee actual delivery for any particular event or holiday.
I am glad to ship to any legal destination in the world. Due to the nature of the items I sell, packages shipped to some countries may have to be sent via registered mail at buyer's expense. If this is the case with your destination, I will contact you before shipment is made.
All customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full merchandise refund. I do not offer partial refunds, refunds for items buyer wishes to keep/give away/throw out, refunds for items buyer has lost or damaged, or refunds for shipping and insurance.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility (unless an error is made on my part), and will not be reimbursed. If a defect in workmanship or mistake in order fulfillment is made by me, I will cover all return/replacement shipping costs.
Jewelry may not be returned once worn or altered. In NO event will I be responsible for charges made to alter or repair items by a third party.
