Decorative Emerald Green Glass Bowl in Delaware Pattern with gold gilt decoration
Decorative emerald green glass boat shaped dish dating from about 1899, it is an *EAPG bowl in the Delaware pattern created by one of the 18 firms that made up the **USGC . The inside is smooth, the outside is textured with raised leaves and flowers coated with the gilt.
Like many of the items I am listing just at the moment were kept on display in a cabinet whilst it has been in my family. It is in excellent condition for being around 116 years old. I cannot see any chips, cracks or fleabites but there is a little wear to the gold gilt, most noticeable around the slightly raised rim in the centre of the long sides as shown in the photos.
