Imperial Glass green handled cake plate in the vintage Twisted Optic pattern, which was made from 1927 to 1930. This swirled depression glass serving tray with handles glows nicely under the black light, indicating that uranium salts were used as a coloring agent. Aside from it's original intent, it would be perfect for serving your appetizers, your favorite cookies, or try it piled high with strawberries.
This old colored glassware sandwich plate is 12" across including the handles and is in wonderful vintage condition, with no chips, cracks or flea bites. When held to the light, only a very few use marks are visible, indicating this was used seldom and with great care over the last 90 years.
