The cup and the bird whistle on the handle are unique... no two are ever the same in appearance or sound, because they are entirely handmade -- lumps of clay to finished product -- by Me, Jane Chischilly.
Quality Craftsmanship Guaranteed.
THE WHISTLE: The whistle is a very basic and simple to play. You blow directly into the bird's beak -- a gentle breath at first until you get a clear sound -- the slotted hole on the birdie' back is where the sound comes out. The round hole on the side of the bird is where you change the pitch by covering it with your fingertip.... Rolling your fingertip off gives in-between notes... fluttering your fingertip over the hole makes a trill. So, wet your whistle, play with it and have Fun. I insist.
