Nearly 100 years old, a vintage Real Photograph Postcard of a WWl British Soldier with a pencil hand written note on the reverse dated March 14, 1918, just 8 months before the end of the war, to Miss E.E. Davy, perhaps his sweetheart. The haunting look in the young man's eyes says it all.

(I have tried to capture the colour as best I can, but please allow for slight variation. It is particularly difficult to capture the yellowing and discolouration on some cards).
