After your payment has cleared, we will ship within five business days, but we usually try to get the package in the mail the same or next day. Your item will be thoughtfully packaged to avoid any potential damage during delivery. We do combine similar items for shipping.
If you pay via Paypal, I ship to the address that is indicated on your PayPal account so I can be covered under PayPal’s protection policy. Please double check to verify that the shipping address is correct and current prior to using PayPal.
Once I process and ship your order, and should a package be returned to me due to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to reship the package to you.

As you will see below, we do accept returns with conditions. We did have a liberal return policy, but some took advantage of us by using our shop as their free special event loaner program. They would purchase a ring, for example, and then ask for a return after a couple of weeks stating they didn't like it. We would get it back and the setting and gemstone would have to be completely disassembled and disinfected from their use of the ring. After several conversations and incidences, we determined that we could not allow this to continue. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns may be accepted if you contact me within 3 days of delivery. Return package must be received by us within 10 business days of original delivery date according to the seller USPS tracking number. Shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all returns are subject to 20% being removed from item price to cover labor & consumables for preparing your order, and to cover cleaning, polishing, inspection, etc. before the item can be resold. Thank you for your understanding. Please package well! If the item is damaged during return shipping or is not in original condition, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover cost of damages. Any gemstone in or not in a setting that is scratched or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
Returns for custom orders are not accepted. This includes ring orders that have the separate resizing listing added to the order.
Although we have never had to exchange an item, we can accept exchanges on a case by case basis.

All items are stored in a non-smoking environment.
We strive to take accurate photographs of our products. We are not professional photographers, so we try to describe any differences between the images and the item itself when there is a discrepancy. The lighter faceted gemstones are the most difficult to photograph as the images often turn out a bit darker than the stone itself.
If you purchase an item and submit a special request with your order, please send a separate message to us so that the notifications system contacts us.
