GRAPHICS& DIGITALS AGREEMENT

Digital products are in .png format, 300 ppi high resolution, 8 x 10” printout. No hard copy sent, unless otherwise noted.

In purchasing graphic and digital products from EtaGemini Art, you are agreeing to these terms. Graphics and digitals are non-returnable, non-refundable. You may copy the graphic and/or print the file as often as you desire. May be used for your personal use. No mass-production/manufacturing. Do not use my graphic and digital products for creation of hate, racist, discrimination, sacrilegious or pornographic materials.

You are purchasing the USE only of my graphic and digital products, and all rights remain with me. Please respect my intellectual property by agreeing not to resell, offer for free, nor offer any of it for copying and use by others, in any format or quantity, nor redistribute it in any other way. Please direct those who are interested in my digital products to my EtaGemini Art shop, or have them contact me at etagem@yahoo.com.

If receiving an email file, please check your spam folder in case your digital was received there. Also, depending on the listing your order may be delivered via a digital download link made accessible to you after you complete your order. If you have problems receiving your email file, let me know and I’ll be glad to resend it.

PRINTS

All prints are professionally printed on high quality photo paper at 300 dpi. The watermark shown in the listing photos will not appear on the final product.
