RETURNING AN ITEM If you receive an item and aren't happy with the quality, or it is faulty, you will have 14 days to send it back to me for a full refund including the postage for returning it, please contact me at super-gorjess@hotmail.co.uk if you need to return an item.
REFUNDING OF POSTAGE FOR RETURNED ITEM
If it has been arranged that I will refund your postage, I will only be able to do it if you get and keep a postage receipt, please email a copy of the receipt to super-gorjess@hotmail.co.uk
Please get trackable postage and use a padded envelope. If the item arrives damaged to me due to bad packaging I won't be able to issue a full refund.
REFUNDING OF ITEM/S I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that the item has been shipped back to the correct address.
REFUNDING OF CUSTOMISED ITEMS If you want to return a personalised/custom item because you don't like it I will refund you for the item less 25%, but not the cost of posting it to me. If the personalised/custom item is faulty or you aren't happy with the quality I will refund you for the whole cost of the item once I have received and inspected it and will supply a replacement instead of a refund if you request a replacement, please contact me before you return it so we can arrange this.
BUYERS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK If you need to return an item please make sure you mark it as a returned item if you need to fill out a custom form, otherwise I may have to pay some custom fees which I will take out of your refund (the custom charges can be expensive, the item is being returned to me, so it must be marked as this to avoid fees).
POSTAGE MADE MY ITEM LATE If you have ordered something that you needed by a certain date but postage delays meant it arrived late, I will only be able to refund it if you DON'T have any personalisation on it and if you follow the steps above about returning it to me.
IMPORTANT: Any items that have been opened by the customer before being returned automatically have 10% taken off the refund as a restocking fee, not including returns for damaged or incorrect orders.
